Vinification
Vinification: Manual harvesting of grapes from small plots from old vines, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small granite vats with foot treading.
Ageing: Stage for 18 months in used French oak barrels.
